Meditation: We meditate to quiet our minds, focus our thoughts and become aware of the presence of peace, love, and compassion in our lives or others.

Any discipline or practice of the mind and/or body that enables the individual to alter his consciousness or achieve a higher state of consciousness. Meditation is principally employed toward obtaining self-improvement and spiritual growth.
There are two general types of meditation: the mystical and the secular. The mystical is considered the highest form of meditation because the person practicing it is usually thought to be attempting to reach the Absolute or Divine. It is usually practiced in a non-secular setting, such as a monastery, where the practitioners also practice withdrawal from the world, asceticism, strict diet, and other regimens. However, there are exceptional individuals who independently choose to live this life-style.
Secular meditation helps practitioners improve their health, creativity, self-esteem, success, and relationships with others and the world around them. It can also improve the individual’s psychic powers and accomplishment of self-knowledge. Meditation by itself will not achieved these goals, but will help the individual to achieve them. Generally the person practices meditation twice daily about twenty minutes at a time. Some scientific research has shown meditation improves health.
Meditation is universally practiced. In the East it has became more formalized into a spiritual discipline in which various techniques are used. Concentration is more involved with the Eastern tradition, especially in yoga, it attempts to transform consciousness through mental control, and go beyond the absence of thought. While some goals of meditative concentration is the achievement of mystical states posture is very important. The concentration is on a single object such as breath control, a mantra, a yantra (geometric shape), a candle flame, a koan (Zen puzzle) and so on. Detached awareness meditation also is more characteristic of the Eastern methods, especially among the many schools of Buddhism. Of the various methods, the best known in the West is zasen, or sitting meditation, of Zen.
The prominent Eastern religions or philosophies using meditation are Buddhism, Hinduism, Zen, and Taoism, and others. The primary objective of the practice of meditation in all of these religious philosophies appears to be the release from the material world into the spiritual. This chiefly means release from the body, its concerns and functions. Also, there is a lessening of the ego. Meditative experiences are continued until the individual reaches a nirvana. Beyond the nirvana is the nirodh (cessation), which consists of the absolute cessation of consciousness and the quiescence of bodily processes. This is an extremely difficult state to obtain because the body’s metabolism drops to minimal level for existence; thus the state can be maintained for no longer than seven days. The mediator` is required beforehand to determine the length he or she will remain in this state.
Meditation in the Western methods focuses more on contemplation. This includes practices of thinking about meaning, such as prayer, concepts, and questions. Generally contemplation does not quiet the mind or effect bodily rest.
The Western tradition begun with Christian monks in the Egyptian desert around the fourth century who lived as hermits. The discipline which they practiced was one of purification and meditation to obtain union with God. It is suspected many of their techniques were borrowed from the East or rediscovered from there. The repetition, verbally or silently, of phrases from the Scriptures served as the Desert Fathers’ mantras. Steadily in the Catholic tradition the path to God was characterized by purification, asceticism, prayer, and contemplation.
Meditation also is practiced in the practices of Judaism and Islam, the Kabbalah and Sufism. It is included in the practices of neo-Paganism and neo-Witchcraft also.
The following is based a section of the study of neo-Witchcraft. To fully understand the purpose and functioning of meditation one has to observe the human as both a physical and spiritual or psychological being. Meditation helps to connect the physical and spiritual levels of the human being. This connection is brought about at the vital centers within the body known as chakras. During the process of meditation psychic energy known as Kundalini or ‘Serpent Power’ builds up and flows through the chakras. As it does, the chakras open in a successive order.
This psychic energy as it increases influences or controls different areas or levels of the person’s mind. Generally, three levels of the human mind are recognized: the conscious, the subconscious and the super-conscious. The conscious usually pertains to or governs the voluntary actions which the person performs during his waking state such as eating, speaking, walking, writing, etc.; the subconscious usually controls all of the involuntary functions of the body such as breathing, the heart rate, etc.; while the super-conscious, which also is frequently referred to as the Higher Self, when developed may control the other two mental levels. For example, there has been incidences where through meditation individuals have voluntarily controlled their rate of breathing.
There are several techniques by which practitioners can meditate. The failure of a practitioner to be able to meditate may rest in the choice of the wrong technique, the technique not being suited to that particular individual, or not completely mastering that particular technique. Many masters of Eastern philosophies recommend the technique of focusing attention upon what is called the person’s "thousand petal-ed lotus" or the third eye which is located in the middle of the forehead. When doing this the individual focuses on the seventh and highest chakra in the body to re-orient the physical self to the mental self, thus forming a transcending association between the gross physical self and the person’s mental identifications, to discover the "true" self.
The proof of the re-orientation process may been seen within the person’s physical and psychological well being, or the lack of it. When the person feels good, or is in relative good heath, his attention more aptly focuses on his environment, the things and persons around him. However, when a person does not feel good, or is depressed and/or moody, his attention may be referred to as subconscious, he tends to think more about himself. His attention narrows being focused more on his own troubles or concerns. This is the reason why it is recommended that an individual keep his mental activity as high as possible to always attain his true self.
Popular Western interest in meditation began the be sparked in the 1960s and most of the adopted techniques were derived from those of Buddhism and Hinduism. During the 1950s Japanese scientists begun studying yogis and Zen monks in meditation. In the 1960s Western scientists began to study the practitioners of Transcendental Meditation (TM), at the invitation of the TM founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Although study results vary, there were similar findings: meditation lowers bodily metabolism, slows brain waves, and induces relaxation. Persons who meditate regularly tend to show more resistance to stress and illness, and claimed they felt better psychologically. Also, meditation has been shown to be a help in treating addition.

Spiritual body

Spiritual body in magical philosophy is the highest aspect of the human individual. It is the essence, or the divine spark, or the soul forming the core of each person and exists eternally. The conscious awareness of this spiritual body, or having it reflected through the ordinary self into the surrounding environment, is considered the highest level of magical attainment, and brings with it the total mastery of powers and potentials of the self.

Spiritual plane

Spiritual plane, occurring beyond time, space, and human comprehension, in occultism is the highest of the levels of existence, the primary level of creative power from which all other levels unfold. This spiritual plane, like other planes pertaining to occult theory, metaphorically speaking is the "above," however in reality all planes interpenetrate the realm of material experiences through the senses.

Mysticism

This is a belief in or the pursuit in the unification with the One or some other principle; the immediate consciousness of God; or the direct experience of religious truth. Mysticism is nearly universal and unites most religions in the quest for divinity. It can also be a sense of mystical knowledge. Dionysius the Areopagite was the first to introduce the concept "unknown knowing" to the Western World. In areas of the occult and psychic it denotes an additional domain of esoteric knowledge and paranormal communication. Even though it is thought that just monks and ascetics can become mystics, mysticism usually touches all people at least once in their lives.
The term "mysticism" comes from the classical Greco-Roman mystery cults. Perhaps it came from myein meaning "to close the lips and eyes, and refers to the sacred oath of the initiates, the mystes, to keep secret about the inner workings of the religion." In Neo-platonism "mysticism" came to be associated with secrecy of any kind. The term mystica appeared in the Christian treatise, Mystica Theologia, of an anonymous Syrian Neoplatonist monk of the late fifth or early sixth century, who was known pseudonymously as Dionysius the Areopagite. In this work mysticism was described as the secrecy of the mind.
Despite the various approaches to mysticism it seems to possess some common characteristics. Such were the findings of the philosopher W. T. Stace, who discovered seven common themes of mysticism when studying Roman Catholic, Protestant, ancient classical, Hindu, and American agnostic mystical experiences. They were (1) a unifying vision and perception of the One by the senses and through many objects; (2) the apprehension of the One as an inner life; (3) and objective and true sense of reality; (4) feelings of satisfaction, joy, and bliss; (5) a religious element that is a feeling of the holy and sacred; (6) a paradoxical feeling; (7) and inexpressible feelings.
From the above is can easily be seen that mysticism is not the same to every person experiencing it. Therefore, there are various kinds or types. Various mystics subscribe to one of two theories of Divine Reality: emanation or immanence. In the emanation view, all things in the universe are overflowing from God. In the immanence view, the universe is not projected from God, but is immersed in God.
Mysticism is usually thought of as being of a religious nature, which can be either monistic or theistic. The objective of monistic mysticism is to seek unity and identity with a universal principle; while theistic mysticism seeks unity, but not identity, with God.
The ultimate expression of monistic mysticism is perhaps best displayed in the Upanishads of India, as in the concepts of "I am Brahman" (the all-pervading principle) and tat tram asi "that thou art," meaning that the soul is the eternal and Absolute Being. Monistic mysticism is also found in Taoism,, which seeks unity with Tao, the ineffable way. Theistic mysticism, unity with God, characterizes Christianity, Judaism (in the Kabbalah, and Islam (the Sufi sect), and is also found in Hinduism.
There are other forms of mysticism throughout the world. Many assume a religious nature according to the beliefs and practices of the practitioners. Most of these states of mysticism commonly possess what is deemed a mystical communion with what is considered sacred which varies from group to group, even subgroup to subgroup, and includes dance, song and chant, the sacred pipe, purifying sweats (a preliminary for undertakings), fasts, dreams, vision quests, and the occasional use of psychotropic drugs.
Apart from religious mysticism, but not entirely separated from it, is nonreligious mysticism. This is more of an experiencing mysticism through, or from, Nature, although some have discovered God or the Absolute of Nature through such experiences. An authentic experience of mysticism derive from Nature is essentially the unity of the subject and the object. In other words, the person becomes one with Nature; all boundaries or separation between the person and Nature disappears. The person becomes part of nature and is not separate from it.
This is clearly seen in the Goddess religion, which includes neo-Paganism and neo-Pagan Witchcraft, which worships Nature. Such worship includes love where the separation between the subject and object vanishes. Starhawk, in The Spiral Dance, defines it as immanence. Immanence is one of the three core principles of the Goddess religion, the other two being interconnection and community. "Immanence means that the Goddess, the Gods, are embodied, that we are each a manifestation of the living being of the earth, that nature, culture, and life in all their diversity are sacred. Immanence calls us to live our spirituality here in the world, to take action to preserve the life of the earth, to live with integrity and responsibility."
A similar point was made in the description of Gaea, previously called Terrebie, or the planet Earth by Otter Zell (formerly Tim Zell), founder and high priest of the Church of All Worlds in Ukiah, California. He redefined divinity and deity as the fulfillment of potential as "the highest level of aware consciousness accessible to each living being, manifesting itself in the self-actualization of that being." So, the cell is thought of as God by its components; the tissue is God to the cells, and so on. The human being manifests a whole new level of awareness, organization, and "emergent wholeness." When describing this level of organization Zell wrote, "We find it appropriate to express recognition of this Unity in the phrase: 'Thou art God.'" And as all things are connected biologically, all eco-systems express a new level of awareness. Therefore, Mother Earth is seen as God. Of this, Zell wrote:
Indeed, even though yet un-awakened, the embryonic slumbering subconscious mind of Terrebria is experienced intuitively by us all, and has been referred to instinctively by us as Mother Earth, Mother Nature (The Goddess, The Lady.)
Instinctively every one has done what the neo-Pagan openly admit doing, calling Earth, Mother. This recognition of Earth as our Mother is justified because we all are dependent on her for our survival. Just as the child comes to love the mother who cares and nurtures him, so too, we love Mother Earth who we know loves and nurtures humankind as her children. By definition, this is mysticism.

If tomorrow starts without me

'If tomorrow starts without me,
And I'm not there to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
     All filled with tears for me;

I wish so much you wouldn't cry
     The way you did today,
While thinking of the many things,
     We didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me,
As much as I love you,
And each time that you think of me,
     I know you'll miss me too;

But when tomorrow starts without me,
     Please try to understand,
That an angel came and called my name,
And took me by the hand,

And said my place was ready,
     In heaven far above,
And that I'd have to leave behind
     All those I dearly love.

But as I turned to walk away,
A tear fell from my eye,
For all my life,  I'd always thought,
     I didn't want to die.

I had so much to live for,
So much left yet to do,
     It seemed almost impossible,
     That I was leaving you.

I thought of all the yesterdays,
The good ones and the bad,
I thought of all that we shared,
And all the fun we had.

     If I could relive yesterday,
     Just even for a while,
I'd say good-bye and kiss you
     And maybe see you smile.

     But then I fully realized,
     That this could never be,
     For emptiness and memories,
Would take the place of me.

And when I thought of worldly things,
     I might miss some tomorrow,
I thought of you,  and when I did,
My heart was filled with sorrow.

But when I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me,
     From His great golden throne,

     He said,  'This is eternity,
     And all I've promised you.'
Today your life on earth is past,
But here life starts anew .

     I promise no tomorrow,
     But today will always last,
And since each day is the same way,
There's no longing for the past.

So when tomorrow starts without me,
     Don't think we're far apart,
For every time you think of me,
I' m right here,  in your heart.

~Visualization~

"See things as you would have them instead of as they are."Robert Collier"Reach high, for stars lie hidden in your soul. Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal."Pamela Vaull Starr

Visualizing is using your imagination to create a new reality. It means mentally giving form to ideas with our inner
senses. Most people use their inner eye for this process, they translate their ideas into mental pictures and
that's why imagining is often called visualization. But you can also use inner hearing, -smell, -taste, -feeling or
a combination of the inner senses to envision your new reality.
Creative visualization is something else than day-dreaming.Day-dreaming is a mental flight from reality; you know that the pictures your mind show you are no reality, and
you have no intention to give your fantasy the energy needed to make it come true. In creative visualization
however we make consciously use of our ability to imagine a new reality, and we make it come true by the power
of will, focus, passion, desire, belief and repetition. In a visualization you are the main character of the movie
(and good actors don't just play their part, but completely become the character they play) while in
day-dreaming you are a spectator.

The technique is simple: relax, close your eyes and make a mental image of your desired new reality.
Some people can make very clear inner pictures, and many cannot. That's okay, simply use your mind power to
form your imagination. Start with envisioning a basic idea, let's say a wished vacation at the seashore. If your
mind does not spontaneously come up with an image, ask yourself questions in relationship to your visualization.
Like: what is the weather like, how does the sea look, can I hear the waves or sea-gulls, are there any
dolphins, how is my hotel like, what do I do there, what is the temperature of the water, who do I meet there,
etc. If you do this concentrated you will notice that bit by bit an overall impression is formed, consisting of
elements you see, hear, smell, taste and maybe feel (like the heat of the sun on your skin). Make your
visualization as real as you can, BE your imagination. If your mind comes up with something you don't like, change
it right away into something you do appreciate. This is your new reality in motion. Practice visualization on a
regular base, daily or more often. When you become more experienced you'll notice that it is also possible to
visualize with your eyes open during daily occupations. Now this is very handy, because while doing something you
can envision that you do it in a splendid way, what will improve your actions. Over the last years these insights
are implemented in top sports: while running the athlete imagines that he runs very hard and effortless and he
sees himself winning the first prize.

You could for instance consider visualization when giving a speech or during another public performance, applying
for a job (see yourself getting it and being offered a good salary), or when making a deal.
Another possibility of visualization is asking your sub consciousness to give you information by showing it to you.
If you are having a head-ache for instance, you could try to find out this way why you have it. And next
visualize a big beautiful rose or a blue globe that absorbs your head-ache and dissolves with it into the Universe.

Visualization techniques are often used in meditation. Here they are mainly used to harmonize and raise your
energy, clear and protect your aura, make contact with spiritual guides and explore inner realms. Visualization is
very important in most magical practices.

A basic rule in visualization is this: imagine the reality you wish to achieve as vividly as possible and from the
inner knowing that it will appear into your physical reality.
So:
if you are ill: visualize yourself in perfect health and feeling good and happy
if you weigh too much: see the new slim and beautiful you, and feel how attractive you are
if you want another house: visualize the house of your dreams in the wished surroundings
if you want better relationships: form a picture of it and feel your happiness in the new situation.
Don't set a time table for the Universe and enjoy your steps in bringing an inward world out.

Creative visualization
Whatever you ardently desire,
Sincerely believe in,
Vividly imagine, and
Enthusiastically act upon,
Must inevitably come to pass.

What is Creative Visualization?
Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. In the past
many of us have used our power of creative visualization in a relatively unconscious way. Because of our own
deep-seated negative concepts about life, we have automatically and unconsciously expected and imagined lack,
limitation, difficulties, and problems to be our lot in life.

It should be noted that this technique cannot be used to "control" the behavior of others or cause them to do
something against their will. Whatever you try to create for another will always boomerang back to you. That
includes both loving, helpful, or healing actions and negative, destructive ones.

To use creative visualization it is not necessary to believe in any metaphysical or spiritual ideas. It is not
necessary to "have faith" in any power but yourself.
Creative visualization is magic in the truest and highest meaning of the word.Magic: Understanding and aligning yourself with the natural principles that govern the workings of our universe,
and learning to use these principles in the most conscious and creative way.
How Creative Visualization WorksIn order to understand how Creative Visualization works, it's useful to look at several interrelated principles:
The physical universe is energy
Energy is magnetic (like attracts like)
Form (physical energy) follows idea (mental energy)
Whatever you put out to the universe will be reflected back to you
Four Basic Steps for Effective Creative Visualization:Set your goal
Create a clear idea or picture
Focus on it often
Give it positive energy
Continue to work with this process until you achieve your goal, or no longer have the desire to do so. Remember
that goals often change before they are realized. If you lose interest it may mean that it's time for a new look
at what you want.
Affirmations:Affirmations are one of the most important elements of creative visualization. An affirmation is a strong,
positive statement that something is already so. It is a way of "making firm" that which you are imaging.
The practice of doing affirmations allows us to begin replacing some of our stale, worn out, or negative mind
chatter with more positive ideas and concepts. It is a powerful technique, one that can in a short time
completely transform our attitudes and expectations about life, and thereby totally change what we create for
ourselves.
An affirmation can be any positive statement:Everything I need is already within me.
The universe is unfolding perfectly.
All things are now working together for good in my life.
I love and appreciate myself.
Here are some important things to remember:Always phrase affirmations in the present tense.
Always phrase affirmations in the most positive way you can.
In general, the shorter and simpler the better.
Always use affirmations that feel totally right for you.
Always remember that you are creating something new, not trying to redo or change what already exists, which
would create conflict.

Affirmations are not meant to contradict or try to change your feelings or emotions, even the so-called
"negative" ones.

Temporarily suspend your doubts and hesitations, and put your full mental and emotional energy into your
affirmations.

When you are coming out of the empty, grasping, manipulative condition, the first and foremost lesson to be
learned is to just let go. You must relax, stop struggling, stop trying so hard, stop manipulating things and people
to try to get what you want and need. In fact, just stop doing so much and have an experience of just being for
awhile.

When you do this, you suddenly discover that you're really perfectly okay, just letting yourself be, and letting
the world be. You begin to want to focus your energy toward the highest and most fulfilling goals that are real
for you at any given moment.
Being, Doing, and HavingOften people try to live their lives backwards: They try to have more things in order to do more of what they
want, so that they will be happier.

The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do in
order to have what you want.
Three Necessary Elements:Desire - a clear, strong sense of purpose
Belief - that it can exist, and that it can exist for you
Acceptance - are you willing to have it completely (pro and con)?
Going With the Flow:The only effective way to use creative visualization is "going with the flow." That means that you don't have to
"effort" to get where you want to go; you simply put it out clearly to the universe where you would like to go,
and then patiently and harmoniously follow the flow of the river of life until it takes you there.

Going with the flow means holding onto your goals lightly (even though they may seem very important) and being
willing to change them if something better comes along. Going with the flow is the balance between keeping your
destination clearly in mind, and yet also enjoying all the beautiful scenes along the way, and even being willing to
change your destination if life starts carrying you in a better direction. The only successful manifestation is one
which brings about a change or growth in consciousness; that is, it has manifested God/or Goddess, or revealed it
more fully, as well as having manifested a form...
Accepting Your Good:In order to use creative visualization to create what you want in life, you must be willing and able to accept the
best that life has to offer you - your "good." Many of us have difficulty accepting the possibility of having what
we want in life. This usually stems from some basic feelings of unworthiness which we took on at a very early
age. Affirmations and creative visualization are a wonderful way of creating a more positive and loving
self-image. First, it lets you accept and love yourself as you are. Second, it lets you start creating yourself as
you want to be.
Prosperity Programming:A very important part of the whole creative visualization process is prosperity programming. This means having
the understanding, or consciously taking the point of view, that the universe is totally abundant...it is a
cornucopia of everything that your heart could ever desire, both on the material plane and on emotional, mental,
and spiritual planes as well. One of the most common causes of failing to get what you want is "scarcity
programming." The truth about this earth is that it is an infinitely good, beautiful, nourishing place to be. The
only "evil" comes from lack of understanding of this truth. Evil (ignorance) is like a shadow - it has no real
substance of its own, it is simple a lack of light. You cannot cause a shadow to disappear by trying to fight it -
you must shine a light on it. Unless you can create a context that the world is a good place to be that can
potentially work for everyone, you will experience difficulty in creating what you want in your personal life.
Out flowing:Another key principle is that of giving, or "out flowing." Once we begin to accept the goodness of the universe,
we naturally want to share it as well, realizing that as we give out of our energy, we make space for more to
flow into us. When through insecurity we try to hold onto what we have, we begin to cut off this wonderful flow
of energy.

Energy takes many forms, such as love, affection, appreciation and recognition, material possessions, money,
friendship, etc., and the principles apply equally to all these forms.
A Simple Exercise in Creative Visualization:First, think of something you would like. It might be an object you would like to have, an event you would like to
happen, a situation in which you'd like to find yourself, or some circumstance in your life you'd like to improve.

Get in a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Relax
your body completely. Breathe slowly and deeply. Count down slowly from 10 to 1, feeling yourself getting more
deeply relaxed with each count.

When you feel deeply relaxed, start to imagine the thing you want exactly as you would like it. You may imagine
what people are saying, or any details that make it more real to you. You may take a relatively short time or
quite a few minutes to imagine this - whatever feels best for you. It should be a thoroughly enjoyable
experience, like a child daydreaming.

Now keeping the idea or image still in your mid, mentally make some very positive, affirmative statement about
it. Always end your visualization with a firm statement to yourself:
This, or something better, now manifests for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways, for the highest good
of all concerned.

This leaves room for something different and even better than you originally envisioned to happen, and serves as
a reminder to you that this process only functions for the mutual benefit of all.
If doubts or contradictory thoughts arise, don't resist them or try to prevent them. This will tend to give them
a power they don't otherwise have. Just let them flow through your consciousness and return to your positive
statements and images.
It's Important to Relax:It's important to relax deeply when you are first learning to use creative visualization. When your body and mind
are deeply relaxed, your brain wave pattern actually changes. This deeper, slower level is commonly called alpha
level, which has been found to be a very healthful state of consciousness. It has also been found to be far more
effective than the more active beta level in creating real changes in the so-called objective world, through the
use of visualization.

It is especially good to do creative visualization at night just before sleeping, or in the morning just after
awakening, because at those times the mind and body are often already deeply relaxed and receptive. In
addition, a short period of relaxation and creative visualization done at mid-day will relax and renew you, and
cause your day to flow more smoothly.
Discovering Our Higher Purpose:A basic need of all human beings is to make a positive contribution to the world and to our fellow beings, as well
as to improve and enjoy our personal lives. We all have a great deal to offer the world and to each other, each
in our own special and unique way. To a great degree, our own personal sense of well being is a function of how
much we are expressing this.

We each have a significant contribution to make in this lifetime. I call this contribution our higher purpose. It
always involves being yourself totally, completely, and naturally, and doing something or many things that you
genuinely love to do, and that come easily to you. We all know in our hearts what our higher purpose is, but we
often do not consciously acknowledge it, even to ourselves. In fact, most people seem to go to great lengths to
hide it from themselves and from the world. They fear and seek to avoid the power, responsibility, and light
that comes with acknowledging and expressing their true purpose in life.

You will find in using creative visualization that your ability to manifest will work to the degree that you are in
alignment with your higher purpose. If you try to manifest something and it doesn't seem to work, it may not be
appropriate to the underlying pattern and meaning of your life. Be patient and keep tuning into your inner
guidance. In retrospect you will see that everything is unfolding perfectly.

I have proven to myself that one can visualize what one wants into reality. Sometimes this process takes time,
much time, as in years, but it generally works.
Robert Taylor of the Success Training Academy and Julia Jablonski of the Psychic Journal, say:"The main concept we have to remember is that what we believe, we attract into our lives. If we believe we are
always ill, we will be. If we believe we are healthy, then it is what will manifest into our lives. There is Power
in Belief. If you work with it, you open doors to a limitless dimension! There are natural spiritual laws that
govern our power to create what we want in our lives. With the metaphysical law of attraction in mind, obviously
you want to be very positive and optimistic in your outlook so that you will attract those developments in your
life. This is much more than just 'positive thinking.' Creative visualization is a process that changes our lives by
creating images in our minds that ultimately become reality. These images are first just anticipation, but they
quickly become an expectation, and finally an intrinsic belief. Over time you 'know' that this will become a
reality in your life. Since you are creating your life every day, you are also creating your future.

"As human beings we are both living magnets and power sources of human energy-a yin and yang in oriental
thinking. We radiate out our unique energy, and we attract into our lives those people and circumstances that are
in tune with our unique thoughts. You attract to yourself what you radiate out from yourself, whether it is
positive or negative.

"What a person thinks about all the time is attracted into his life. Someone who is passionately consumed with a
belief or concept is a person who will have that preoccupation become a reality in his or her life.
"It is your 'self' that determines your fate and nothing and no one else. The self-determination you feel within
gives you the strength to overcome all the obstacles you will face in life. You must take personal responsibility
for your actions and the results in your life. Your "self" must become strong and determined. You succeed
through self-determination.

"Whatever you believe with absolute conviction and confidently expect to happen becomes a self-fulfilling
prophecy and will become a reality in your life. Most important are your convictions and expectations. If you
believe something with absolute conviction, you also expect it to become true. There is a powerful force in your
will to succeed. You will instinctively take the appropriate actions that will bring about the results you reverently
desire.
"Getting deeply into the feeling state you desire is what works the magic."I will walk you through the process here.
First, figure out what you really want. It needs to be something tangible, as opposed to something like attention
or affection from another person. Changing the actions of another person is beyond anyone's scope, all we can
control are our own attitudes and actions. Keep your desire positive, because wishing harm or misfortune on
someone else is unethical in a psychic sense. Examples of visualization of items would be a brand new vehicle or a
six figure bank account.

Next, make sure that you are very specific about what you want. Merely wanting any new vehicle or to hold a
check for $100,000.00 might come literally true for you. A new to you clunker that won't run a mile or passing
a check for that sum to someone else might be the literal manifestations of an unclear focus. You need to
specifically see this item in your world, as in a shiny new car (make and color of your choice) in your driveway or
those six figures in your passbook for your bank or a certain item in a place of your choice in your home.

Next train your mind to daydream about this item when it wanders or drifts from whatever you are
concentrating on. This is very important, to think as often as possible about the impact this specific item will
have on your life. The average length of daydreams is only 14 seconds, and many are 5 seconds or less. Men and
women spend about the same amount of time during the day daydreaming. So put this time to work for yourself.
Some experts suggest cutting out pictures of what you are striving for or burning ritual candles, but I have never
had go to those lengths to achieve my "wants". Make a habit of talking about this item to yourself within the
silent dialogue that is usually running within your mind.

Never loose faith, but believe that you will achieve this seemingly impossible goal. Of course this item is not
going to fall out of the sky into your life, so whatever opportunities that might perhaps lead you toward the goal,
grasp them. When one pathway seems blocked or your efforts appear futile, tackle the steps that might lead to
your fulfillment from a different direction.

Tell folks that you trust about your "want" and your methods of visualizing it into reality. Maintaining a positive
attitude and faith in your self are crucial to achieving what you want.

If at all possible, do without what you are visualizing rather than settle for second best. A partial fulfillment of
your "want" can cause you to loose focus and not put the necessary energy into realizing/constructing your dream.
Dr. Gary Emery, a UCLA psychologist, suggests these tips about how to make your daydreams realize your goals:"Realize that daydreams are important, and not a waste of time. 'They are visions of how we want things to be.
They give us hope. Many of man's great achievements came from people who dared to turn their day dreams into
reality.'

"Dream the impossible dream. 'Don't squelch your imagination, no matter how far-fetched or ridiculous your
daydream may seem. Let your mind run free and produce goal oriented daydreams.'

"Psychologists say daydreaming can be an effective way to initiate positive life changes. Imagining goals for
example, can be the first step toward making them come true."

So, get started by specifically choosing what you want to have as a reality in your life and then visualize and
dream about it.

Meditations for the Mind

Meditations for the Mind
Imagination is everything, it is the preview of life’s coming attractions
That is what you do when you meditate~

Let yourself begin by sitting in a quiet place by yourself. Try to quiet your inner most thoughts and relax. Let yourself drift into a state of Grace, where all is safe and free from harm.
The Law of Attraction, thoughts grow to be things. Don’t deceive yourself, be positive. Focus on what you want positively, positive thinking is more powerful. The better you feel, the better aligned you are, the process of becoming better begins, and the Universe will correspond.  Happy and in-tuned into the Universe and it will come back, your wish is my command. Don’t doubt yourself, the Universe likes speed. There is no law as to how long it will take. Think about what you have to be grateful for, what we think about, we bring about. You are the designer of your destiny, and you do it with your thoughts. Make it a Master Piece!
  • Whatever is done or has been done can be undone.
  • If you have been there in the mind, you end up there in the body.
  • Feel joy and happiness and you will be there, it is an open doorway.
  • Magick and Miracles do happen. Sometimes they need a little nudge to get going.
Pick one or all, it’s your choice, the Universe holds a lot of Secrets, there are no rules, if it works use it. That's the Magick of it!

We will start with the 4 winds and the elements that are associated with them.
Each Element represents the forces of Nature that make up the material world of the Cosmos. They are not common substances which they share there names. They are Principles, and these principles are paired with Four Qualities-Hot, Cold, Dry, and Moist. Each Element shares one of its qualities with another element. This provides the dynamic that allows for transformation within matter.

The East Wind and the Element of Air

  • The East Wind comes off the ocean at dawn. The soft yellow of the Sun lights your way. Feel the Air Element softly blowing across your face. Look to the East, as you hear the wind coming. Let it pour into you, right down to your very soul. Thinking you can almost smell the salt in the air. The Archangel Raphael is protecting you and your chosen space. It is spring time. The seagulls swirl in the currents of the wind. The sounds are pounding in your ears and resonating though your body, just as if you were by the sea. The mist touches you softly as it goes by. You are at one with the universe, right here and now. Ask and ye shall be given. (Your verbal intention goes here) All is well. amen
The South Wind and the Element of Fire

  • The South Wind comes up like a lion, it is red hot now for summer even though it is only noontime. You can see the heat as it comes off the sun. The air is filled with the smell of frankincense. You sit in the shade on the cool grass by a small stream. The salamanders scurry away. But you can sense you are not alone, the Archangel Michael flutters his wings, you can feel the cool breeze as it passes by. Ask and ye shall be given. (your verbal intention goes here) All is well. amen

The West Wind and the Element of Water
  • The West Wind, comes over the mountains like the eagle that soars in the sky. And flows down to the sea, at sunset. You can hear the rustle of the leaves as it passes by, because it is Autumn now. You catch some of the water that has flowed by with the wind where you sit. Your cup runs over with the clean clear dark blue liquid. There is a faint smell of myrrh. You sense this life giving water is a giver of life, so you refresh yourself. You can feel the wings of the archangel Gabriel in the wind, protecting you. Ask and ye shall receive. (your verbal intention goes here) All is well, amen

The North Wind and the Element of Earth
  • The North Wind, blows in rumbling like an Ox at midnight, it is Full Winter now. I go out to see the full moon, so brilliant in the sky, and let the wind touch me. I am calmed by the sensation from the touch of it, the Archangel Uriel abides in this space and time. The Earth is cold and dry now, in full sleep. The water stops flowing in the stream. It seems that everything is waiting. Even the pine trees in all their splendor wait with the lonely leafless and thorny storax tree. A cool white is over everything with shadows of black and brown. So quiet in its sleep. Ask and ye shall receive (your verbal intention goes here) All is well, amen
You can use tools to implement your meditation and visualization.  Whatever you feel comfortable with, like Pictures or Music, etc.~
Strict charge and watch I give thee, that to this person no evil thing approach or enter in. (Dante` Paradise Lost)

Love

1 Corinthians 13
Love
1~If I speak in the tongues
Angel [A] of men and of angels,
but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a
clanging cymbal. 2~If I have the gift of prophecy and
can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I
have a faith that can move mountains, but have not
love, I am nothing. 3~If I give all I possess to the
poor and surrender my body to the flames,
Beer [B] but
have not love, I gain nothing.
4~Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it
does not boast, it is not proud. 5~It is not rude, it is
not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no
record of wrongs. 6~Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth. 7~It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8~Love never fails. But where there are prophecies,
they will cease; where there are tongues, they will
be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass
away. 9~For we know in part and we prophesy in
part, 10~but when perfection comes, the imperfect
disappears. 11~When I was a child, I talked like a
child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child.
When I became a man, I put childish ways behind
me. 12~Now we see but a poor reflection as in a
mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in
part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

13~And now these three remain: faith, hope and
love. But the greatest of these is love.

Number Sequences From The Angel's (Based upon work by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D.)

The angels do their best to get our attention and to communicate with us. In this way, they help us heal our own lives. However, we often discount the signs they give us, writing them off as mere coincidences or our imagination. The angels say: "We can't write our messages to you in the sky. You've got to pay attention and believe when you see any patterns forming in your life, especially in response to any questions or prayers you've posed". When you hear the same song repeatedly or see the same number sequence, who do you think is behind this? Your angels, of course!
Number Sequences
Your angels often communicate messages to you by showing you sequences of numbers. They do this in two ways. First, they subtly whisper in your ear so you'll look up in time to notice the clock's time or a phone number on a billboard. The angels hope you'll be aware that you're seeing this same number sequence repeatedly. For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 111, and it seems every time you look at a clock the time reads 1:11 or 11:11.
The second way in which angels show you meaningful number sequences is by physically arranging for, say, a car to drive in front of you that has a specific license plate number they want you to see. Those who are aware of this phenomenon become adept at reading the meaning of various license plates. In this way, the angels will actually give you detailed messages. Here are the basic meanings of various number sequences. However, your own angels will tell you if your situation holds a different meaning for you. Ask your angels, "What are you trying to tell me?" and they'll happily give you additional information to help decode their numeric meanings.
111 - Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don't want. This sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts (ask your angels to help you with this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts).
222 - Our newly planted ideas are beginning to grow into reality. Keep watering and nurturing them, and soon they will push through the soil so you can see evidence of your manifestation. In other words, don't quit five minutes before the miracle. Your manifestation is soon going to be evident to you, so keep up the good work! Keep holding positive thoughts, keep affirming, and continue visualizing. Keep going, you are on the correct path!
333 - The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their help, love, and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when you see the number 3 patterns around you. Some of the more famous Ascended Masters include: Jesus, Moses, Mary, Quan Yin, and Yogananda. The 333 sign shows that the Ascended Masters agree with your thoughts and feelings, whether negative or positive.
444 - The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don't worry because the angels help is nearby.
555 - Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being "positive" or "negative," since all change is but a natural part of life's flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continue seeing and feeling yourself being at peace.
666 - Your thoughts are out of balance right now, focused too much on the material world. This number sequence asks you to balance your thoughts between heaven and earth. Like the famous "Sermon on the Mount," the angels ask you to focus on spirit and service, and know your material and emotional needs will automatically be met as a result.
777 - The angels applaud you! Congratulations, you're on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true. This is an extremely positive sign and means you should also expect more miracles to occur.
888 - A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional, career, or relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, it means the crops are ripe. Don't wait to pick and enjoy them! In other words, don't procrastinate making your move or enjoying fruits of your labor.
999 - Completion. This is the end of a big phase in your personal or global life. Also, it is a message to lightworkers involved in Earth healing and means, "Get to work because Mother Earth needs you right now."
000 - A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator's love within you. Also, it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle
121, 112, 1221, 2121, 2211, 1122 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 2's, this is a message that our thoughts are like seeds that are beginning to sprout. You may have already seen some evidence of the fruition of your desires. These are signs that things will and are growing in your aspired direction. Keep the faith!
611, 661 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 6's, this is a message to keep your thoughts heavenward, and to let go of materially minded worries. (Note: 611 means, "Ask for help in repairing something in the material world that is irritating or bothering you right now.").
711, 771 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 7's, this is a confirmation that you are doing great. You are on the right path, so keep going! This is a sign that you have chosen your thoughts well, and it should inspire you to focus even more steadily on your objectives. Be sure to add appropriate emotions to your thoughts; for instance, feeling grateful for the gifts you have in life. Gratitude will speed the process of you manifestations.
811, 881 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 8's, this is a message that you are ending a significant phase of your life. If you are tired of some part of your life, be glad that it will soon be healed or replaced with something better. Surrender and release those parts of your life that aren't working, as your thoughts of a better life are coming to pass.
884, 844 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 4's and 8's, this is a message from your angels that a phase of your life is about to end. They want you to know that as things slow down, they are with you and will be helping to guide you to a new situation better suited to your needs, desires and purpose.
1234 - If you are repeatedly seeing ascending number sequences such as 1234, this is a sign from the angels for you to make progress. You will see this sign when thinking about an area of your life that you are concerned about and want to change. Seeing this number sequence immediately after these thoughts is a sign that this is the right course of action for you and you will have the angels support in its pursuit.
321 - If you are repeatedly seeing descending number sequences such as 321, this is a sign from the angels that your thoughts are regressive. You will see this sign when you are thinking about an area of you life or course of action. Seeing this number sequence immediately after such thoughts is an indication that your life will take a step backwards if you follow the course of action you are considering.
