Let yourself begin by sitting in a quiet place by yourself. Try to quiet your inner most thoughts and relax. Let yourself drift into a state of Grace, where all is safe and free from harm.

The Law of Attraction, thoughts grow to be things. Don’t deceive yourself, be positive. Focus on what you want positively, positive thinking is more powerful. The better you feel, the better aligned you are, the process of becoming better begins, and the Universe will correspond.  Happy and in-tuned into the Universe and it will come back, your wish is my command. Don’t doubt yourself, the Universe likes speed. There is no law as to how long it will take. Think about what you have to be grateful for, what we think about, we bring about. You are the designer of your destiny, and you do it with your thoughts. Make it a Master Piece!

• Whatever is done or has been done can be undone.

We will start with the 4 winds and the elements that are associated with them.

Each Element represents the forces of Nature that make up the material world of the Cosmos. They are not common substances which they share there names. They are Principles, and these principles are paired with Four Qualities-Hot, Cold, Dry, and Moist. Each Element shares one of its qualities with another element. This provides the dynamic that allows for transformation within matter.

The East Wind and the Element of Air

• The East Wind comes off the ocean at dawn. The soft yellow of the Sun lights your way. Feel the Air Element softly blowing across your face. Look to the East, as you hear the wind coming. Let it pour into you, right down to your very soul. Thinking you can almost smell the salt in the air. The Archangel Raphael is protecting you and your chosen space. It is spring time. The seagulls swirl in the currents of the wind. The sounds are pounding in your ears and resonating though your body, just as if you were by the sea. The mist touches you softly as it goes by. The South Wind and the Element of Fire

• The South Wind comes up like a lion, it is red hot now for summer even though it is only noontime. You can see the heat as it comes off the sun. The air is filled with the smell of frankincense. You sit in the shade on the cool grass by a small stream. The salamanders scurry away. But you can sense you are not alone, the Archangel Michael flutters his wings, you can feel the cool breeze as it passes by. Ask and ye shall be given. The West Wind and the Element of Water

• The West Wind, comes over the mountains like the eagle that soars in the sky. And flows down to the sea, at sunset. You can hear the rustle of the leaves as it passes by, because it is Autumn now. You catch some of the water that has flowed by with the wind where you sit. Your cup runs over with the clean clear dark blue liquid. There is a faint smell of myrrh. You sense this life giving water is a giver of life, so you refresh yourself. You can feel the wings of the archangel Gabriel in the wind, protecting you. Ask and ye shall receive. The North Wind and the Element of Earth

• The North Wind, blows in rumbling like an Ox at midnight, it is Full Winter now. I go out to see the full moon, so brilliant in the sky, and let the wind touch me. I am calmed by the sensation from the touch of it, the Archangel Uriel abides in this space and time. The Earth is cold and dry now, in full sleep. The water stops flowing in the stream. It seems that everything is waiting. Even the pine trees in all their splendor wait with the lonely leafless and thorny storax tree. A cool white is over everything with shadows of black and brown. Number Sequences From The Angel's (Based upon work by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D.)

The angels do their best to get our attention and to communicate with us. In this way, they help us heal our own lives. However, we often discount the signs they give us, writing them off as mere coincidences or our imagination. The angels say: "We can't write our messages to you in the sky. You've got to pay attention and believe when you see any patterns forming in your life, especially in response to any questions or prayers you've posed". When you hear the same song repeatedly or see the same number sequence, who do you think is behind this? Your angels, of course!
Number Sequences
Your angels often communicate messages to you by showing you sequences of numbers. They do this in two ways. First, they subtly whisper in your ear so you'll look up in time to notice the clock's time or a phone number on a billboard. The angels hope you'll be aware that you're seeing this same number sequence repeatedly. For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 111, and it seems every time you look at a clock the time reads 1:11 or 11:11.
The second way in which angels show you meaningful number sequences is by physically arranging for, say, a car to drive in front of you that has a specific license plate number they want you to see. Those who are aware of this phenomenon become adept at reading the meaning of various license plates. In this way, the angels will actually give you detailed messages. Here are the basic meanings of various number sequences. However, your own angels will tell you if your situation holds a different meaning for you. Ask your angels, "What are you trying to tell me?" and they'll happily give you additional information to help decode their numeric meanings.
111 - Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don't want. This sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts (ask your angels to help you with this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts).
222 - Our newly planted ideas are beginning to grow into reality. Keep watering and nurturing them, and soon they will push through the soil so you can see evidence of your manifestation. In other words, don't quit five minutes before the miracle. Your manifestation is soon going to be evident to you, so keep up the good work! Keep holding positive thoughts, keep affirming, and continue visualizing. Keep going, you are on the correct path!
333 - The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their help, love, and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when you see the number 3 patterns around you. Some of the more famous Ascended Masters include: Jesus, Moses, Mary, Quan Yin, and Yogananda. The 333 sign shows that the Ascended Masters agree with your thoughts and feelings, whether negative or positive.
444 - The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don't worry because the angels help is nearby.
555 - Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being "positive" or "negative," since all change is but a natural part of life's flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continue seeing and feeling yourself being at peace.
666 - Your thoughts are out of balance right now, focused too much on the material world. This number sequence asks you to balance your thoughts between heaven and earth. Like the famous "Sermon on the Mount," the angels ask you to focus on spirit and service, and know your material and emotional needs will automatically be met as a result.
777 - The angels applaud you! Congratulations, you're on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true. This is an extremely positive sign and means you should also expect more miracles to occur.
888 - A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional, career, or relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, it means the crops are ripe. Don't wait to pick and enjoy them! In other words, don't procrastinate making your move or enjoying fruits of your labor.
999 - Completion. This is the end of a big phase in your personal or global life. Also, it is a message to lightworkers involved in Earth healing and means, "Get to work because Mother Earth needs you right now."
000 - A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator's love within you. Also, it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle
121, 112, 1221, 2121, 2211, 1122 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 2's, this is a message that our thoughts are like seeds that are beginning to sprout. You may have already seen some evidence of the fruition of your desires. These are signs that things will and are growing in your aspired direction. Keep the faith!
611, 661 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 6's, this is a message to keep your thoughts heavenward, and to let go of materially minded worries. (Note: 611 means, "Ask for help in repairing something in the material world that is irritating or bothering you right now.").
711, 771 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 7's, this is a confirmation that you are doing great. You are on the right path, so keep going! This is a sign that you have chosen your thoughts well, and it should inspire you to focus even more steadily on your objectives. 811, 881 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 1's and 8's, this is a message that you are ending a significant phase of your life. If you are tired of some part of your life, be glad that it will soon be healed or replaced with something better. Surrender and release those parts of your life that aren't working, as your thoughts of a better life are coming to pass.
884, 844 - If you are repeatedly seeing combinations of 4's and 8's, this is a message from your angels that a phase of your life is about to end. They want you to know that as things slow down, they are with you and will be helping to guide you to a new situation better suited to your needs, desires and purpose.
1234 - If you are repeatedly seeing ascending number sequences such as 1234, this is a sign from the angels for you to make progress. You will see this sign when thinking about an area of your life that you are concerned about and want to change. Seeing this number sequence immediately after these thoughts is a sign that this is the right course of action for you and you will have the angels support in its pursuit.
321 - If you are repeatedly seeing descending number sequences such as 321, this is a sign from the angels that your thoughts are regressive. You will see this sign when you are thinking about an area of you life or course of action. The Seven Heavens

First heaven (Shamayim)  The lowest heaven. Shamayim borders the Earth and is ruled by Gabriel. It contains the
clouds, the winds, the Upper Waters, and is home to the two hundred astronomer-angels who
preside over the stars.
Second heaven (Raquia)  Raquia ruled by the angel Raphael, and, according to Enoch, it is within this heaven that
the fallen angels are imprisoned awaiting final judgment in complete darkness.
Third heaven (Sagun or Shehaquin)  According to Enoch, hell lies within the northern boundaries of the third heaven. Sagun is
ruled by Anahel, and is the residence for Izra'll, the Islamic angel of death. It is here that the
wicked are tortured by w angels. In southern regions, however, there exists a bountiful
paradise, thought to be the Garden of Eden, where the souls of the righteous will come after
death.
Fourth heaven (Zebhul or Machanon)  Ruled by Michael, the fourth heaven, "is the site of the heavenly Jerusalem, the holy
Temple and its Altar". It is here, according to Enoch, that the Garden of Eden is actually
housed, not in the third heaven.
Fifth heaven (Machon or Ma'on)  Machon is home to God, Aaron, and the avenging angels. The northern boundaries, said to
be ruled by either Sandalphon or Sammael, is home to the fallen grigori (watchers). In the
southern regions, on the other hand, reside the ministering angels who endlessly chant the
praises of the Lord.
Sixth heaven (Zebul or Makhon)  The sixth heaven is ruled by Zebul at night and Sabath during the day. This stormy,
snow-ridden dwelling is home to the seven phoenixes and the seven cherubim who sing the
praises of God. A multitude of other angelic beings also reside here who study an array of
subjects including astronomy, ecology, the seasons, and mankind.
Seventh heaven (Araboth)   The holiest of heavens, Araboth is ruled by Casiel, and is home to God on his Divine
Throne, along with the highest order of angels~the seraphim, cherubim, and thrones.

9 Choirs of Angels

SeraphimThese are the highest order or choir of angels. They are the angels who are attendants or guardians
before God's throne. They praise God, calling, "Holy Holy Holy is the Lord of Hosts". the only Bible
reference is Isaiah 6:1-7. One of them touched Isaiah's lips with a live coal from the altar, cleansing him
from sin. Seraphim have six wings, two cover their faces, two cover their feet, and two are for flying.
CherubimCherubim rank after the Seraphim and are the second highest in the nine hierarchies or choirs of
angels. The Old Testament does not reveal any evidence that the Jews considered them as
intercessors or helpers of God. They were closely linked in God's glory. They are manlike in
appearance and double-winged and were guardians of God's glory. They symbolized then, God's power
and mobility. In the New Testament, they are alluded to as celestial attendants in the Apocalypse (Rv
4-6). Catholic tradition describes them as angels who have an intimate knowledge of God and
continually praise Him.
ThronesThrones are the Angels of pure Humility, Peace and Submission. They reside in the area of the cosmos
where material form begins to take shape. The lower Choir of Angels need the Thrones to access God.
DominionsDominions are Angels of Leadership. They regulate the duties of the angels, making known the
commands of God.
VirtuesVirtues are known as the Spirits of Motion and control the elements. They are sometimes referred to as
"the shining ones." They govern all nature. They have control over seasons, stars, moon; even the sun
is subject to their command. They are also in charge of miracles and provide courage, grace, and valor.
PowersPowers are Warrior Angels against evil defending the cosmos and humans. They are known as
potentates. They fight against evil spirits who attempt to wreak chaos through human beings. The chief
is said to be either Samael or Camael, both angels of darkness.
ArchangelsArchangels are generally taken to mean "chief or leading angel" ( Jude 9; 1 Thes 4:16), they are the
most frequently mentioned throughout the Bible. They may be of this or other hierarchies as St.
Michael Archangel, who is a princely Seraph. The Archangels have a unique role as God's messenger
to the people at critical times in history and salvation (Tb 12:6, 15; Jn 5:4; Rv 12:7-9) as in The
Annunciation and Apocalypse. A feast day celebrating the Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael is
celebrated throughout the Church Sep 29. A special part of the Byzantine Liturgy invokes the
"Cherubic Hymn" which celebrates these archangels and the guardian angels particularly. Of special
significance is St. Michael as he has been invoked as patron and protector by the Church from the time
of the Apostles. The Eastern Rite and many others place him over all the angels, as Prince of the
Seraphim. He is described as the "chief of princes" and as the leader of the forces of heaven in their
triumph over Satan and his followers. The angel Gabriel first appeared in the Old Testament in the
prophesies of Daniel, he announced the prophecy of 70 weeks (Dn 9:21-27). He appeared to Zechariah
to announce the birth of St. John the Baptist (Lk 1:11). It was also Gabriel which proclaimed the
Annunciation of Mary to be the mother of our Lord and Savior. (Lk 1:26) The angel Raphael first
appeared in the book of Tobit (Tobias)Tb 3:25, 5:5-28, 6-12). He announces "I am the Angel Raphael, one
of the seven who stand before the throne of God." (Tb 12:15)
PrincipalitiesIn the New Testament Principalities refers to one type of spiritual (metaphysical) being which are now
quite hostile to God and human beings. (Rom 8:38; 1 Cor 15:24; Eph 1:21; 3:10; 6:12; Col 1:16; 2:10, 15)
Along with the principalities are the powers (Rom 8:38; 1 Cor 15:24; Eph 1:21; 1 Pt 3:22; 2 Thes 1:7); and
cosmological powers (1 Cor 15:24; Eph 1:21; 3:10; Col 2:15);Dominions (Eph 1:21; Col 1:16) and thrones
(Col1:16). The clarity of the New Testament witness helps see that these beings were created through
Christ and for Him (Col 1:16). Given their hostility to God and humans due to sin, Christ's ultimate rule
over them (ibid) expresses the reign of the Lord over all in the cosmos. This is the Lordship of Christ,
which reveals God's tremendous salvation in conquering sin and death at the cross, and now takes
place in the Church. (Eph 3:10)
AngelsThese angels are closest to the material world and human being's. They deliver the prayers to God and
God's answers and other messages to humans. Angels have the capacity to access any and all other
Angels at any time. They are the most caring and socials to assist those who ask for help.

Self Healing

The following is the self-healing method, which you can do while seated anywhere: According to Sheldan Nidle to all Star Seeds~
Sit down. Slowly inhale and exhale three times and wait until you feel quiet inside. Then proceed to ask the Earth Angels of Mother Earth to help you realign your chakra energies.

1. Put your right hand two inches below your navel (over an energy vortex) and open your left palm up over your left thigh. You will start to feel energy running through your right hand. Wait until you cannot feel the energy anymore, then remove your right hand, while keeping your left hand as is for the entire process.

1. Move right hand two inches above the navel over another energy vortex and repeat above steps. Remove right hand.

1. Place right hand over the energy vortex above heart. Repeat above steps. Remove right hand.

1. Place right hand over throat, where another energy vortex exists. Repeat above steps.

1. Place right hand over the energy vortex between eyebrows. Repeat above steps. Thank the Earth Angels for their help.

You will experience a release of energy from every energy vortex (chakra) and, when you finish, you will feel clearer, lighter and more balanced. Repeat this simple self-healing exercise every time you feel any kind of discomfort.
